Delivery Period:
Items will be shipped within 5 business days of purchase.
Items marked as pre-order will be shipped according to the shipping schedule described on each product page.

Cancelation, Replacements, and Returns
No cancelation, return, or replacement requests from customers are allowed after an order is received, regardless of product shipment status.
However, if you observe any defects, if the product was damaged during shipping, or if the delivered product does not match the order, please notify BYYO within 5 days of receiving your item.
BYYO will investigate the product condition and shipping conditions, and if appropriate, a refund or replacement will be issued.
BYYO is closed every Wednesday, so orders placed on Wednesday will be shipped on Thursday or later.
Customers will be notified if shipping will be delayed due to extended holidays or lack of stock.
